We collect personal information and data such as your name and email. We also passively collect additional information such as data related to installed applications on your mobile device and data that is routed through our servers (including geo-location data).

Once you have installed an App, the Services begin to automatically collect information and data such as the type of device you use, its operating system, your mobile carrier, your device identifier, applications you have installed, your usage of applications and their data consumption.
When you use the Services, we may ask you to provide certain personal information such as your name and e-mail address.
We may also collect information related to online data or metadata that is routed through our servers, such as webpages' addresses, structures, data fields, and images. In case routed data includes personal information, it will be handled as specified in this policy.
We do not actively collect any personal information or data that is based on your geographical location, except for the country that you reside in. However, certain geo-location based information may be stored on our servers, for example if you use the Services to access geographic based services, such as online maps. We will use and anonymize such information as specified in this policy.
We will use your personal information and data in order to provide you with the Services and their features, such as reducing your mobile data usage, setting up data cap, monitoring active apps on your device, compressing downloaded data and encrypting data traffic.
We will also use your personal information and data, as necessary to:

Our Website offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. Any information you provide in these sections may be read, collected and used by others who access them.
We will retain personally identifiable information and data, including geo-location information for 12 months after its collection, or as otherwise needed to provide you with the Services. Thereafter, we will anonymize the data and will not knowingly use it to personally identify you. We may retain this anonymized data indefinitely, for the purposes described below.
We may, at our sole discretion, share, sell, transmit or otherwise make available anonymized information to our suppliers, business partners, affiliates and third parties at large. Such anonymized information includes data that may provide insights into the use of applications, trends in the mobile market, information regarding mobile advertising market, etc. We will not knowingly or intentionally use the anonymized information to reveal your identity. We use mobile analytics software to better understand the functionality of our App. We may record and store information such as the frequency of use of applications installed on your smartphone, where they were downloaded from, the events that occur within them and their performance data. We do not link the analytics information we store to any personal information or data you submit through any mobile application you use.
Some of the cookies may expire when the session ends and you exit your browser. Other cookies may be stored on your device. If you wish to block the cookies, use the help button in your browser and follow the instructions there. However, bear in mind that disabling cookies may complicate or even prevent your use of the Services or certain features thereof.
Among other, our third party partners may employ a software technology called clear gifs (otherwise known as Web Beacons or Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on the Services. Clear gifs are tiny and invisible graphics embedded on webpages, used to track the online movements of users across the pages of our Website. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to your personal information or data.
We implement information security systems and procedures to secure your personal information and data. Among other means, we encrypt the transmission of certain sensitive information from the Apps to our server.
While such systems and procedures reduce the risk of security breaches, they do not provide absolute security. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the Services will be absolutely secure, immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, unlawful interceptions or unauthorized access.
We restrict access to personal information and data you provide us to our employees, contractors, vendors and agents who need to know it for the purposes described in this policy. These individuals are obligated to keep your personal information and data confidential and they may be subject to penalties, termination of relations and criminal prosecution, if they fail to comply with such obligations.
We store and process your personal information and data through third party hosting services in the USA. If you are in the European Economic Area or in any other jurisdiction that regulates the transfer of personal information and data outside that jurisdiction, then you hereby grant us your explicit and unambiguous consent to transfer your personal information and data to the USA, for the purposes described in this policy.
The Services are not intended for use by persons under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information or data from users under the age of 13. If you under 13, you may not use any of the Services and must not provide any of your personal details.
At any time you may opt out of our marketing or newsletter mailing lists, by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org or by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication. It may take up to 10 business days for your opt-out request to take effect.
Deleting or uninstalling the App from your device will not cause your personal information or data to be deleted from our systems. If you wish to delete your personal information and data that is stored in our database, or request that we no longer use your information to provide you the Services, you may send a request to email@example.com. We will respond to your request and delete your personal information and data within 30 business days, except for information we deem necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We may keep indefinitely any anonymized information and use it according to this policy.
We may send your mobile device push notifications with updates about the App and other important details about your use of the App. If you no longer wish to receive these notifications, you may opt-out by changing the settings on your device.
You may also opt-out of having your location based information collected, through the settings menu at your device or by deactivating your account. Bear in mind that opting out of location based information collection may also disable certain features of the Services.
In addition, the App’s settings menu allows you to opt-out of having anonymized data from your device used for mobile analytics purposes. Anonymized data collected from your device after you have opted-out, will not be used for those purposes.
To request the removal of your personal information and data from our blog or community forum, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will advise you if for any reason, we are not able to accommodate your request.
If you are registered with the Services, you may access your personal account and edit or correct your personal information and data there, by contacting us at email@example.com. We will respond to your access request within 30 business days.
